Energi People is hiring : Design Manager in Frankfort

Overview Our client is a leading innovator in the data center space, delivering scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure solutions for hyperscalers and enterprise clients. As they expand rapidly across North America, they're looking for a Design Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical developments across multiple sites and regions.

What You’ll Do Lead projects from inception through customer or business turnover, with a strong emphasis on guiding the preconstruction and design phases. The Design Manager takes ownership at the design handoff meeting from the land enablement team, then transitions overall project leadership to the Construction Manager once the general contractor mobilizes.

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent

5+ years progressive experience in successfully managing Data Center construction project design programs

Mechanical / Electrical background preferred

Building design process and design deliverables management

Management of design teams

Travel : Up to 75%

Compensation Base pay range : $160,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr
