Sr. Manager, Sales Distribution Operations
The Sr. Manager, Sales Distribution Operations will oversee the operational and administrative support functions essential to Broker Operations and Broker Support across the CCA footprint. The role will serve as a critical component to broker communications, broker / agent certification, broker / agent regulatory oversight, and broker compensation. The role will have on-boarding responsibilities and oversight of third-party vendors used by CCA to support broker payments or enrollment submissions. The position reports to the Senior Director, National Sales Operations to ensure the overall productivity and effectiveness of the national sales organization.

Education Required :
Bachelors or equivalent experience required
Experience Required :
3 or more years of experience managing sales operations and Medicare and Medicaid programs.
2 Years experience managing broker operations and / or support including working with broker payment tools
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Proven knowledge regarding Agent, broker, and other third-party requirements as outlined in guidance.
Demonstrated experience working within and understanding State and Federal regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Demonstrated experience working within and understanding Medicare Advantage Programs.
Prior experience overseeing vendor contracts.
Salesforce knowledge and experience, experience with salesforce administrator, process improvements / support alleviating sales reps from administrative cycle tasks, sales velocity, reporting, forecasting, oversee pipeline management, ensuring enough deals are being added and nurtured.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
