Position Purpose
Capital Bank is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Senior CSR participates in driving the deposit growth goals of the bank. This role works in partnership with Business Bankers, Commercial Lenders and Treasury Management Specialists, to assist customers with the establishment of new deposit accounts and ancillary deposit services. The Senior CSR actively supports all marketing campaigns, and achieves individual deposit growth goals.

This role is based in our Washington, DC branch on W Street. Must have the flexibility to work at other branch locations on occasion if staffing levels deem it necessary.
