CAD / BIM Technician

This is a remote, full-time, temporary position. The position includes full benefits : medical, health, and vision benefits, 401K + match, and sick time. As a CAD BIM Technician on our Reality Capture team, you’ll play a critical role in transforming point cloud data into high-quality 3D models and as built documents in AutoCAD on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities :

• Converting point cloud survey data into accurate existing condition drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Documenting key building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Preparing and quality-checking Revit models, drawings, and deliverables.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and workflows.
• Preparing clear reports, drawing documentation, and digital project files.
• Maintaining accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Supporting other production-related tasks as assigned.

Pay & Benefits : The anticipated compensation range for the position is $24.00 - $29.00 / hr, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. This is a contract-to-hire position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
