Lead Analyst, Single Family Residential Property Tax

The Lead Analyst directly assists the Manager, Analyst in daily client service activities, while functioning with limited direct supervision. The Lead Analyst serves as a mentor to Analysts and Senior Analysts, and reviews their work, providing guidance to enhance productivity and ensure they are operating at optimal utilization.

The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Create a positive team member experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
• Understand and utilize applicable software and OneSource Property Tax Systems.
• Manage and monitor the group's daily workflows to meet all internal and state mandated deadlines.
• Prioritize, delegate, and manage emergencies.
• Manage timely completion of tasks, using knowledge of tax deadlines.

Education and Experience requirements include :

Computer Skills required include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses required include a valid driver's license.

Compensation for this position is $59,000 - $70,000.
