We are working with a respected law firm to place a Litigation Attorney in their Utah office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice . You will handle case preparation, trial and deposition work, legal research, and client advocacy, demonstrating strong writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Key Qualifications

• Active Utah Bar license (required).
• Experience in civil litigation or personal injury law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Trial and deposition experience preferred.
• Proficient in legal research tools (Lexis, Westlaw).
• Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• Ability to travel as needed.
