Utah Valley University is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Administrative Support I to join our Continuing Education team at the Lehi campus. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing guidance with registration, records, and related services both in person and through multiple communication channels. You'll play a key part in troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for students and staff.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to non-credit students and community members. Responsibilities include registering students for courses using CampusCE and ACEware systems, processing payments via mobile card reader, assisting walk-in customers, and responding to general inquiries. Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, following established policies. Refer complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Manage communication and documentation tasks, including returning voicemails, maintaining phone logs, and sending reminder, confirmation, and update emails. Prepare course-related documents such as waivers and surveys. Process and organize completed rosters, waivers, and surveys for imaging and records retention.
- Track course enrollments, fill rates, and waitlists. Communicate enrollment updates to program managers and coordinate waitlist management in collaboration with them.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree in a closely related field plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties, OR any combination of education and / or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
Knowledge
Knowledge of Student Information Systems such as CampusCE and ACEware registration platforms.Knowledge of how to take and process payments securely using mobile card readers.Knowledge of email and calendar tools.Knowledge of student privacy rights as pertaining to FERPAWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Skills
