About Outcome

Outcome is building an AI-powered orchestration platform to automate complex workflows in commercial real estate. Their mission : help business teams stop wasting time on manual tasks and start unlocking value from disconnected systems. Their founding team previously built Rise Buildings, acquired by VTS, and they’re already revenue-generating with a growing customer pipeline.

The Opportunity

Outcome is hiring a sharp, structured thinker who wants to grow fast inside a high-trust, low-ego startup. This is a hands-on product role, ideal for someone who brings systems thinking, intellectual rigor, and curiosity, not just prior PM titles. You’ll work directly with the CEO and engineering team to translate strategic ideas into shipped features, and as the company grows, help shape how product is practiced.

Location Requirement : Candidates must be based in Chicago.

Contract Structure & Compensation

Starts on a contract basis, with the intention to convert to full-time if there’s a mutual fit

Target full-time compensation : $140K–$160K USD annually

What You'll Do

Own and execute product development initiatives from idea through delivery

Bring structure to messy problems and move fast without perfect information

Translate customer needs into clear product decisions and user stories

Prioritize tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering and design

Support go-to-market efforts and shape the roadmap based on early signals

You Might Be a Fit If You :
