Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient responses.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapies.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and treatment plans.
Utilize data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and improve practices.
Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.
Experience / Qualifications
Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist in Georgia.
Experience with patient evaluations and developing treatment plans.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
Track record of achieving performance targets in previous roles.
Ability to educate patients and families on respiratory therapies.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Ability to use data for evaluating treatment effectiveness.
Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient progress.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting respiratory equipment.
