Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at Fumée Kitchen & Cocktails. Must be hands-on experienced with Full Time availability including weekends.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant's operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Responsibilities
