About The Position
Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Hospice & Palliative Medicine Advanced Practice Provider for an inpatient locum tenens assignment in Maryland. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday role with no weekend or call requirements. Providers will round on existing inpatients and manage new consults as requested by hospital medicine.
Position Highlights
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
- Setting : Inpatient only
- Call : None
- Estimated Shifts / Month : 5
- EMR : Epic
- Average Census : 3–5 admissions per day
- Workload : AM rounding on all inpatients listed under Palliative Care; respond to new consults as needed
Requirements
NP or PABoard Status : Board Certified or Board EligibleExperience : Minimum of 3 yearsLicensure : Maryland license preferred, but IMLC candidates acceptedMust have BLS, DEA, and CSR1670653EXPTEMP
