Overview

The Director of Engineering Operations is a senior leadership role focused on driving operational excellence across the engineering organization. This role serves as a critical link between engineering execution and business strategy, ensuring teams operate with efficiency, deliver high-quality outcomes, and align with broader company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Enablement : Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning, and customer-first problem solving. Build pathways for engineers to progress from onboarding to technical leadership in the field.
• Program & Technical Strategy : Define the technical vision for the Engineering program, ensure alignment with Salesforce platform best practices, guardrails, and product roadmaps. Develop and scale technical engagement models for repeatable, high-impact customer engagements. Evaluate program outcomes using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and refine future strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to align field feedback with product improvements. Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to define technical handoffs and ensure long-term customer success. Serve as the technical escalation point for complex deployments and customer technical blockers.
