Controller

We’re seeking an experienced Controller to join the leadership of a Private Equity-backed company in the Healthcare industry.

This is a high-impact, fully in-office role reporting directly to the CFO, offering significant leadership, growth, and equity participation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations : General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, and financial reporting Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and internal / external reporting Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in a high-growth environment Support post-merger integration efforts for newly acquired businesses Partner with the CFO on strategic planning and financial initiatives Coordinate and manage annual audit processes with external auditors Optimize and leverage large-scale ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP) for automation, reporting, and data integrity Support equity partner requirements for reporting and compliance Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) CPA or parts passed is highly preferred 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven leadership and team management experience Experience in private equity-backed or acquisitive businesses highly valued Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance Demonstrated success with post-merger integration and change management Expertise in large ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or SAP If you meet the qualifications and want to help drive the next chapter of growth and success with this high-growth company, please email your updated resume to Kathy@stafffinancial.com Powered by JazzHR
