Key Responsibilities

Lead state adoption submissions and RFP responses from end to end

Ensure all deliverables are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on time

Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience managing a high-performance team of adoption and RFP specialists

Deep expertise in K-12 Core Curriculum Adoptions submissions and RFPs

Proven operational excellence in building project plans and managing complex workflows

Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to improve submission quality

High proficiency with common business software and ability to learn new platforms quickly
