Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled BAS Control Installer to join our team and contribute to the installation of advanced building automation systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HVAC service, electrical installation, or BAS installation, and possess a strong technical aptitude for implementing systems that enhance building efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install building automation systems (BAS) according to project specifications and plans
  • Interpret control drawings, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installations
  • Ensure all work adheres to Electrical Code (NEC) standards and other safety regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of installation activities
    • Qualifications :
  • Required :

Background in HVAC service, electrical installation, or BAS installation

  • Highly Desirable :

    • Ability to read and understand control drawings and mechanical drawings

  • Knowledge of NEC code and electrical safety standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Clean driving record
  • Additional Skills :

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
