Here is what we are looking for :

• Review, analyze, and underwrite non-QM loan applications to assess creditworthiness, income, assets, and overall risk.

Evaluate alternative income documentation, including bank statements, 1099s, and other non-traditional sources.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.

Communicate underwriting decisions effectively to internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and other team members to gather necessary documentation and resolve issues.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes related to non-QM lending.
