Overview
Technical Sales Engineer for a leading manufacturer of processing equipment used in a variety of industries. This role is responsible to assist in the pre-sale process by designing plant layouts leveraging AutoCAD per client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the pre-sale process by designing plant layouts per client specifications.
- Define and create total project scope of supply related to the sales quotation requisition.
- Understand plant layout to ensure system functionality within new and existing facilities.
- Initiate the quotation process by communicating with the Sales Manager, customer, and internal departments.
- Visit plants to assist the sales team, evaluate existing facilities for obstructions, measurements, and facility details.
- Maintain AutoCAD system by ensuring all equipment blocks are updated.
- Travel up to 20% as required.
