The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Service Manager II in our [Location] Office.

Job Summary :

Oversees and manages a service team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients. Fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, and growth, ensuring their team delivers service that builds client loyalty.

Responsibilities :

• Quotes and Estimates Management : Reviews all quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Ensures approval from clients. Reviews proposal writing for new work, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Resource Management : Ensures the scheduling of workforce and the purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontracts. Ensures all scheduled maintenance services are completed timely in the month sold.
• Work Order Management : Assists Service Technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials and supplies to expedite job completion with timeliness and quality.
• Budget Management : Adheres to operational budgets to meet financial targets. Monitors and controls expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Utilizes available systems and dashboards to mitigate financial risks and minimize accounts receivable.
• Safety : Promotes a culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivation, and setting clear expectations that are aligned to compliance and best practice. Ensures team members comply with policies and procedures, and reports safety concerns to management immediately.
