Provide care in a variety of environments : hospital, SNFs, and some in-home visits

Flexible schedule with preference for 1 shift / week

Your Qualifications

Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program

Ability to obtain NP licensure in Wisconsin
