We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, , and other social media platforms.
- Research target companies and decision-makers using online tools and databases, AI tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified leads.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the IT or tech sector.Proven ability to cold call and engage prospects effectively.Strong skills in online research and using platforms like , ZoomInfo, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated self-starter, driven, and comfortable working independently.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Share the profiles along with the application.Preferred Qualifications
