Waitlist Management Analyst

The Waitlist Management Analyst oversees centralized data maintenance for applicant waitlists across all properties, manages marketing materials, and works closely with property staff and the Compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the opening and closing of applicant waitlists.
• Ensure real-time accuracy of waitlist status on MidPen's website.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Track and renew AFHMPs.
• Partner with property staff, Compliance, IT, and Leadership to enhance waitlist processes.
• Provide training to property staff on waitlist management procedures.
• Generate monthly metrics reports.
• Coordinate semi-annual waitlist updates and purges.
