AIML - Program Manager, Data Operations

Passion and dedication are the keys to the accomplishments you can make here! We are seeking an experienced program manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Apple's products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence. In this role, you will drive critical programs that improve our operation to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various program elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large projects or programs including cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
• Bachelors in Business Management, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• Background in project management, operations, supply-chain, business analytics or retail operations

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,300 and $291,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
