Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Siloam Springs, Arkansas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in Arkansas with MedSurg experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Proven ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing patient needs effectively.
Experience with electronic health records and patient documentation.
Experience in performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Willingness to engage in team meetings and share insights.
