Overview

We are currently seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing AV technology opportunities in commercial environments. You'll play a key role in delivering customized AV system solutions through a consultative sales approach, while collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client—from design to installation.

Base pay range

$60,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of commercial AV systems by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
• Conduct detailed client needs assessments and deliver tailored technology solutions
• Collaborate with AV engineers to develop system designs and accurate pricing proposals
• Present and negotiate AV system proposals with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Represent the company at industry events, tech expos, and networking functions
• Leverage prospecting tools and strategies to consistently expand your book of business
• Participate in internal training and professional development programs
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within current client accounts
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams : engineering, programming, tech support, and leadership
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with commercial clients
