You will make a difference in our patient's lives by providing safe patient care, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Office Location : 1012 W 9th Avenue, Suite 120 King of Prussia, PA 19406

Coverage area : Travel throughout the territory is required

Schedule : PRN

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification required; CPR certification may be offered and completed upon hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with one (1) year of hospice experience preferred
• One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting, and one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience in home care.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state / or organization requirements and is in good working order.
