Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on Workday applications and configurations
  • Deliver small scope consulting services in response to customer requests, including feature demonstrations and configuration tips
  • Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer business requirements effectively
  • Create and deliver presentations to educate customers on utilizing Workday features to achieve their business goals
  • Conduct reviews of customer tenants to identify opportunities for feature adoption and optimization

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience in software consulting
  • At least 3 years of experience with Workday deployments and financial systems
  • Strong understanding of Workday concepts and financial functionalities
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Certification in at least one of the following : FDM, Record to Report, Financial Accounting
  • Proven ability to distill complex concepts into clear and understandable presentations
  • Experience multitasking across multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills to address complex technical process issues
