Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operating Partner to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Manning. As the second-in-command to the Owner / Operator, the Operating Partner plays a vital role in overseeing the entire restaurant operation. This position is ideal for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with one of the most respected brands in the restaurant industry. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to develop and refine your skills while offering a clear path for professional advancement. You will be empowered to make decisions that impact every area of the business as if you were the franchise owner.

Your Impact

  • Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality
  • Lead and develop the restaurant's leadership team across the Front of House, Back of House, and Administrative departments
  • Manage and inspire a team of 100+ team members, driving alignment with core values and operational goals
  • Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction
  • Promote food safety and workplace safety through consistent systems and team training
  • Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
  • Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, contributing to high-level planning, team meetings, and long-term goal setting
  • Background Profile

  • 2-3 years of previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
