Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med / Surg night shift position in a rural critical access hospital, requiring at least five years of experience and a WI or compact RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a rural 24-bed critical access hospital setting
  • Med / Surg unit caring for adult, orthopedic, and pediatric patients
  • 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am
  • Six shifts per bi-weekly pay period with a 0.90 FTE schedule
  • Rotating holiday coverage and every third weekend required
  • Work in a rural community hospital with a diverse patient mix
  • Must be able to adapt to various Med / Surg patient needs including ortho and pediatric cases
  • First time travelers will be considered

  • Active WI or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of five years of RN experience required
  • Current certifications : ACLS and BLS / BCLS
  • Experience in Med-Surg Adult, Ortho, and Peds preferred
  • Cardiac, telemetry, and Epic charting experience preferred
