  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheterization, and tracheostomy care
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided

Qualifications :

  • Valid nursing license in the state of Kansas
