Summary

Watson Sports Performance & Rehabilitation is looking for an Aide who is looking to play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to our clients which consist of athletes, post- surgical and all rehabilitative needs of all ages. We are looking for a high energetic, self motivated individual how is a team player and wants to be a part of a positive, high energy environment. This position is essential for ensuring that our patients receive the attention and assistance they need during their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.

Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks as directed by therapists.

Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the supervising therapist.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy environment.

Provide support to patients during their rehabilitation process, ensuring comfort and safety.

Assist front office with front office task when down time occurring including but not limited to : answering phones, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, checking in clients, taking payments, filing, ect.

Administrative task : Using EMR system to maintain organized patient records and schedule appointments.

Requirements

Knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.

Experience in patient care or healthcare settings preferred.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
