The Role
We're looking for a talented software engineer to join our small team in Lincoln, NE. You'll work directly on expanding and enhancing our SaaS platform, building new features that integrate with hospital systems, and creating intuitive interfaces for healthcare staff. This is a hands-on role where your code will directly impact clinical workflows and patient safety.
What You'll Work On
Enhance and extend our real-time alert engine and web analytics portalBuild responsive React interfaces for nurse-station dashboards and mobile applicationsCreate integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsDesign and build RESTful APIs for hospital system integrationsContribute to architecture decisions as we scale our platform based on customer trialsCollaborate with clinical partners to translate user feedback into product featuresRequired Qualifications
Strong proficiency in JavaScriptProduction experience with Reactincluding hooks, state management, and component architectureExperience building and consuming RESTful APIsComfortable working with real-time data streams and event-driven architecturesUnderstanding of web application security best practicesAbility to write clean and maintainable codeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teamsNice to Have
