Key Responsibilities
Assist federal employees and retirees with plan enrollment and account creation
Address general plan questions and provide site navigation support
Manage high call volumes during the open enrollment season
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must have a personal computer and a wired internet connection
Experience with Windows 11 operating system
Must pass a criminal background check
Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space
Must be available during open enrollment season from November 10 to December 8
