Sales Training & Enablement Specialist

The Sales Training & Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of the business sales team by managing onboarding and ongoing training initiatives. This role lives within the Business Sales Operations team and supports sales reps by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed. While not always the creator of training content, this individual will collaborate with the Talent Development team, subject matter experts, and leadership to develop, refine, and deliver impactful training programs. Colorado residents : Typical pay range for this role is $25-$30 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the successful onboarding of new ALLO Business Sales team members, including scheduling, documentation, and platform management.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for onboarding, product knowledge, sales processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to align training content with company standards and ensure proper approvals.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps through performance data and feedback loops from Sales Managers.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and coordinate with SMEs for specialized topics.
- Maintain a centralized repository of training resources and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
- Support sales enablement efforts by providing just-in-time training and support for new tools, processes, or campaigns.
- Assist with CRM and sales tool usage questions and troubleshooting.
- Provide administrative support to the sales operations team during non-training periods.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or equivalent work / military experience.Telecommunications or related field preferred.Additional professional qualifications in instructional design or adult learning theory are a plus.Experience :
3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, training coordination, or enablement roles.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
To be an effective Sales Training & Enablement Specialist, an individual must have :Excellent organization and time management skills.Strong presentation and communication abilities.High proficiency with spreadsheet applications and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Creative problem-solving and process improvement mindset.Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Requirements :
