Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Payroll Consultant to join the Payroll team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health. The position requires 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

• Advises on best practices
• Assists the director with all payroll & timekeeping functions for the health system.
• Collaborates with leaders in IT, HRIS, and Operations to develop new strategies for payroll and timekeeping, implement new technologies and procedures, and ensure compliance with IRS and labor laws when implementing pay practices.
• Requires five years of experience in payroll processing and payroll tax.
