  • Assist project management team

\n

  • Maintain project files

    • \n

  • Create Client Agreements

    • \n

  • Handle draw process

    • \n

  • Work closely with Procore

    • \n

  • Request necessary certificates of insurance

    • \n

  • Provide support through all phases of project

    • \n

  • Work in tandem with Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage

    • \n

  • Assist with the organization of weekly project reports

    • \n

  • Maintain Subcontractor insurance

    • \n

  • Issue Subcontractor contracts at Project Manager's direction

    • \n

  • Prepare and submit permit / municipal submittals

    • \n \n

  • Associate's degree

  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry

    • \n

  • Organizational skills

    • \n

  • Communication skills

    • \n

  • Proficient in Procore is a plus

    • \n \n

  • Base salary $50,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience
