Behavior Technician - Bilingual

Overview :

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will help support children and families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring everyone receives the best possible care and understanding.

You’ll work closely with individuals—especially children—to help them grow, thrive, and reach their goals through proven behavioral health strategies.

What You’ll Do :

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be an important part of a supportive team, helping to deliver high-quality care.

• Following personalized behavior intervention plans created by a licensed professional.
• Supporting patients through assessments and helping tailor treatment strategies to meet their unique needs.
• Tracking and recording patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
• Working closely with a team of professionals to ensure each patient receives well-rounded care.
• Assisting with evaluations and offering input during treatment planning.
• Helping families understand and implement behavioral health techniques at home.
