Mechanical Project Manager

A company is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage all project documentation and budgets

Schedule and lead project meetings, ensuring vital information is gathered before construction

Manage project schedules, financial success, and subcontractor relationships

Required Qualifications

Previous project management experience or a BS / BA in a related field

PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus

OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training

Extensive experience managing construction project budgets

Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and management processes
