Restorative Nursing Assistant
Collaborates closely the Clinical Manager and the Restorative Nurse Coordinator to ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and documentation of Restorative Nursing Programs, including but not limited to :
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Performing and assisting with passive and active range of motion exercises.
Managing and documenting splint, brace, cast, and wheelchair positioning programs.
Supporting and guiding bed mobility training and practice.
Facilitating participation in the restorative walking program.
Initiating Bowel and Bladder assessments in accordance with care protocols.
Conducting falls risk assessments in collaboration with the Restorative Nurse.
Initiating, reviewing, and updating Restorative Care Plans based on patient needs and progress.
Carrying out additional restorative nursing programs as assigned by the Restorative.
Required :
Current State Certified Nursing Assistant.
High School Diploma / GED.
Schedule : Full-time
Daily Work Times : 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM
