Clinic Director – ABA Services

Charlotte, NC

$90,000 – $100,000 annually + quarterly bonuses

Full-time | Day Shift | No weekends or evenings

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Director to lead our growing outpatient ABA therapy clinic in Charlotte. This is an opportunity to guide a talented clinical team, shape service delivery, and be part of something long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical staff
• Oversee and ensure quality of individualized autism treatment programs
• Maintain clinical excellence and compliance with BACB standards
• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and clinic efficiency
• Collaborate closely with families and internal departments
• Support staff development through training, mentorship, and evaluations
• Drive clinic growth, including launching new service lines like SLP
