Leadership opportunity with a growing an established General Contractor. Opportunity to work on Large Scale Multifamily projects in Detroit.
Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all construction regulations and standards. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently. Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to the project's scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have : Proven expertise in overseeing multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
