Job Description

We are a small, autonomous rehabilitation center in California offering Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP treatments with a collaborative team of experienced clinicians.

The Therapist is responsible for client assessments, monitoring behavior, documenting treatment, and providing crisis management, group therapy, and education to clients and families.

• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation in collaboration with clients and families.
• Observe and respond to client behaviors, adjust therapy methods as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate, timely charts and notes.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities, support community outreach, and respond to emergencies.
• Work closely with program staff, participate in meetings, and contribute to a supportive, relaxed environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s level license (LPCA, LMFT, LPC, etc.), experience in addiction education, effective communication skills, and current CPR / First Aid.

This full-time role offers a salary between $69,000 and $94,000, with benefits such as flexible scheduling, paid time off, and professional development, working Monday through Friday in person.
