Site Safety Tech – Heavy Civil & Mission Critical Projects 📍 Location :

  • Jefferson Township, OH (Travel Required) 🏢 Company : Gregory Construction Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking a Site Safety Tech to assist in daily safety operations across our heavy civil and mission critical construction projects.
  • This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about construction safety and eager to grow within a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
  • Conduct daily safety observations and hazard reporting.
  • Assist with toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings.
  • Monitor use of PPE, fall protection, and other safety measures.
  • Assist in documenting incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of construction safety or field experience (mission critical preferred).
  • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and CPR / First Aid preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of trenching, excavation, and fall protection safety.
  • Ability to travel regularly to job sites.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
