Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of an intake specialist to take client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. The right person will bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day.

Our Firm is small enough that everyone is a critical part of the team, yet big enough to offer the security and benefits you want. The position includes the following benefits :

  • Predictable schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m
  • W-2 position
  • Employer-paid Group health insurance (100% of employee coverage eligible immediately)
  • Employer paid group life insurance $20k (guarantee issue) plus eligibility for employee paid, guarantee issue voluntary life coverage up to $100k
  • Employer-paid short / long-term disability insurance

Compensation :

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Answering inbound calls from potential new clients
  • Screening and qualifying calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm's focus, using our structured client evaluation tools
  • Clearly communicating the value of our firm and our legal strategy sessions
  • Scheduling strategy sessions using our customer management system
  • Following up with potential new clients and guiding them through the legal intake process
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including paperwork, spreadsheet management, writing text, and email follow-ups
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry to streamline the new client onboarding process
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous legal experience highly valued
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated prior success in a client-facing Customer Service or Sales role
  • Energized by meeting goals and providing a superior customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident on the phone and professional at all times
  • Self-motivated, reliable, learns quickly, and readily takes initiative
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • High school diploma required. College coursework or degree preferred
