Our new Will Leather Goods store is located in Bend, Oregon, in the Old Mill District . We are seeking a manager with the right experience and brand fit and someone desiring a long-term career and growth within the luxury fashion accessory industry.

We seek a very experienced salesperson with 10-15 years of face-to-face customer and business-to-business experience.

Who You Are

• Experienced in face-to-face luxury goods sales
• Fashion industry experience is a plus.
• A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate's profile.
• Must have experience with sales goals
• Must understand retail metrics
• Must be able to communicate to the hiring manager what key attributes they possess that enhance a business.
• 7 years of relevant experience with a face-to-face consumer audience and business-to-business clients as well.
• Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility to change quickly and adapt to evolving business needs based on time of year and happenings in and around Bend.
