job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOperate HDD equipment to complete pipeline installation, fill trenches, and handle materials or equipment as required. Drive crew trucks, pickup trucks, and other vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment to keep the job site running smoothly. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs on HDD equipment. Complete required records and reports for equipment usage, material movements, and installations. Step in to operate other mechanical equipment or perform general labor duties as needed. Two years of experience in construction trades involving trenching, shoring, or pipeline installation, plus experience operating heavy equipment and transporting materials. Valid Indiana Driver's License. OSHA 10-hour card (or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment). High school diploma or GED. Experience operating HDD equipment and knowledge of materials used in pipeline installation. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, customers, and teammates and flexibility to adapt to changing assignments throughout the day. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, with occasional indoor work in a shop environment; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Operator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN . You'll take the lead in operating HDD equipment to install pipelines, perform maintenance, and handle job site logistics. If you enjoy working outdoors, tackling hands-on challenges, and being part of a hardworking team, this role is the perfect opportunity!
The starting pay is $28.00-$38.00 per hour contingent upon experience. We are currently offering limited-time sign-on and referral bonuses to all new hires who meet the requirements outlined in our sign-on and referral bonus programs.
