Essential Functions- Job Duties :
Acts in an ethical, respectful, responsive, reliable, authentic, innovative, and empathetic manner.Follow cleaning schedule established by the Maintenance Director.Clean assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, movable and stationary furniture.Empty trash bins and clean bathroom showers, sinks, toilets.Vacuuming carpets in rooms, common areas, and hallways.Disinfect floors, walls, bathrooms, wash windows and furniture.Replenish bathroom supplies and paper supplies for residents and public bathrooms.Dusting and sanitizing surfaces such as baseboards, stairways, elevators, entrances and exits.Reporting supply and equipment needs to the Housekeeping Director.Reapplying resident's sheets to bedLaundry for the bed sheets and resident's clothes.Performs other duties as assignedSecondary Functions- Job Duties :
Attend and participate in staff meetings, projects, special events, committees, and mandatory training as appropriate.Completes competency evaluations for training as required by the state or as assigned by their immediate supervisor, HR Director, or Executive Director.Observations of residents and reports of changes in behavior to nursing leadership.Maintains safety and health rules by participating in training along with implementing and following protocols related to OSHA & CDC regulations and Cardinal Senior Living standards as required.
Promotes and encourages individualized resident independence while maintaining resident dignity, individuality, confidentiality and following infection control policies.Follow all applicable state regulations.Education & Knowledge Requirements- Specific education, certification, and licensure :
