We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with day-to-day operations, content creation, and campaign coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in the marketing field while helping expand R.J. Kielty's community presence and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (text, images, video) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments / messages, and help manage online reviews
• Support marketing campaigns through coordination, research, and reporting
• Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines
• Assist with event planning and promotion, including community events and sponsorships
• Provide administrative support for contracts, vendor communications, and marketing documentation
• Track digital analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns
• Support podcast production and light editing tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and reputation management
