The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including :

• Bedside Nursing
• Care Planning
• Implementing Care
• Managing Patient Care provided by CNA's
• Quality Improvement
• Problem Solving
• Assessments
• Medication Administration
• Treatments
