Title : Medical Laboratory Scientist – Spring Hill, FL

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Shifts : Nights, 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM (rotating weekends, on-call rotation required)

Compensation : $27.09 – $37.92 / hr (based on experience)

Differentials : +$2.50 / hr (Nights) | +$2 / hr (On-Call)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 for Night Shift

Relocation : Case by case

Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Spring Hill, FL. This role supports patient care by providing accurate and efficient laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, and blood banking. Join a collaborative team with opportunities for professional growth and strong incentives.

Responsibilities

Perform clinical testing using independent judgment to ensure reliable results.

Handle stat and routine specimens, prioritizing workflow appropriately.

Maintain laboratory instruments, reagents, and supply inventories.

Ensure compliance with all quality control and regulatory requirements.

Step in for supervisory duties when assigned.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Florida Technologist license (or ability to obtain).

At least 3 years of recent Medical Technologist or MLS experience.
