Overview
Assistant Attorney General- Workers' Compensation (Cleveland Only). The Ohio Attorney General's Office seeks to fill an Assistant Attorney General opening in the Workers' Compensation Section, in Cleveland. A candidate should be able to manage a high-volume caseload and preferably have two years of experience representing the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in common pleas and / or appellate courts and the Ohio Supreme Court. The position will be hybrid in-person / remote with schedule adjustments based on training and operational needs.
